Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, not far from downtown Gatlinburg and close enough to everything, even the trolley. The rooms were cozy with a fireplace and bunk beds, offering a unique touch. The service was top-notch, making me feel truly taken care of. However, the dining options, although featuring delicious sourdough bread, could be slightly improved. The facilities were great overall, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

What an incredible spot! This hotel is so close to downtown Gatlinburg and the rooms are just perfect - especially with those cozy bunk beds by the fireplace. The service is top-notch, making you feel right at home. The only downside is the lack of variety in dining options, but the homemade marmalade was a delightful touch. I couldn’t get enough of the friendly atmosphere and convenience of the location.
